In the continuous search for Quality characterizing Masterinox products, we partly direct our attention to raw materials research, in order to identify the most suitable materials to meet customers’ needs and optimize the lifetime of our equipment.
In the course of our experience and research we have often worked with special steels, including Super Duplex 1.4410, an austenitic-ferritic stainless steel alloy, showing excellent resistance to corrosion in general, to stress corrosion cracking, fatigue corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion and erosion-corrosion, also featuring a high mechanical strength.
When it is necessary to use multiple alloys on the same equipment, Masterinox is able to offer a long experience and know-how in order to ensure correct execution of the piece. After several metallurgical studies, we are able to build hybrid equipment in order to offer machines with a greater corrosion resistance than the main competitors on the market. Furthermore, our knowledge of materials allows us to build increasingly safe equipment with high safety standards.
